摘要
分析研究了25-22Mo2N钢管坯热穿孔毛管尾部内壁裂纹产生的原因,并提出了消除裂纹的工艺改进措施。分析认为,热穿孔毛管尾部内壁裂纹是因管坯金属在穿孔过程中温升过高而造成局部区域品界弱化和失塑,在各种应力作用下形成的,与钢的冶金质量无关。
The author discusses the elements responsible for the development of inner surfacecracks at the rear section of the shell hot-pierced from the 25-22Mo2N steel bloom and put for. wards measures to improve the process so as to prevent the said defects. The investigation showsthat the crack is produced due to the co-effect by various stresses when piercing, local grainboundary weakness and plasticity reduction are caused in the metal owing to over temperature-risethereof and has nothing to do with metallurgical quality.
