摘要
研究了摆动活齿的一个工作循环运动状态,摆动活齿具有"运动倒置"特征。分析了摆动活齿啮合副的啮合过程。利用摆动活齿传动等效机构,分析其传动性能和最小传动角的位置。建立了以体积最小为目标的单目标优化数学模型,对摆动活齿的传动参数进行了优化设计,为改进摆动活齿传动的设计方法手段和提高其产品设计质量提供了技术支持。
In this paper, motion state of swing movable tooth during one motion cycle is researched. Swing movable tooth has inverted motion. The engaging process of a swing movable tooth engaging pairs is researched. According to its equivalent mechanism-crank rocker mechanism, driving performance and minimum driving angle position of movable tooth is analyzed. Single objective optimization mathematical model is established based on minimum volume as target and driving parameters is designed. It provide technique support for designing method and improving product quality of swing movable transmission.
