摘要
从热负荷及水温差的确定、冷却壁结构形式、高炉圆周方向水量的分配、冷却系统的脱气功能、脱气罐与膨胀罐的布置及系统的监测控制等方面探讨了在设计软水密闭循环系统时应该注意的一些问题。
Some problems on the design of closed loop soft water cooling system for blast furnace are discussed from such aspects as the determination of the heat load and the temperature difference of water,the structure of the cooling stave,the distribution of the water around blast furnace,the degassing function of the cooling system,the place of the degassing tank and the swelling tank,and the monitor of the cooling system.
