摘要
目的:探讨海洛因依赖者的婚姻质量与婚姻调适度。方法:采用Olson婚姻质量量表(ENRICH)与Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定量表对118例已婚海洛因依赖者进行评定,并与量表的常模的正常参考值比较。结果:已婚海洛因依赖者的婚姻质量明显降低,ENRICH8项因子(婚姻满意度?性格相容性?夫妻交流?解决冲突方式?经济安排?性生活?子女和婚姻?信仰一致性)评分都显著低于正常。吸毒患者的婚姻失调现象严重,调适良好者(评分大于100)仅为18.64%。患者婚姻质量与婚姻调适程度呈显著正相关(r=0.552,P<0.01)。结论:已婚海洛因依赖者的婚姻质量与婚姻调适度明显降低,应针对患者的婚姻状况进行有目的的干预与治疗。
Objective：To explore the marital quality and adjustment in heroin dependent patients. Methods：Olson Marital Quality Inventory （ENRICH） and Locke-Wallace Short Marital Adjustment and Prediction Test were used to measure the marital quality and adjustment in 118 married heroin dependent patients, the result of which was compared with the scales’norms. Results：The marital quality of the married heroin dependent patients was significantly lower than the norms; the heroin dependent patients showed significant lower scores in eight factors of ENRICH, （satisfied degree of marriage, tolerance of character, interchange between husband and wife, the solving ways of conflicts, economic arrangement, sex, issue and marriage, the coherence of belief） compared with the normal. The phenomenon of marital non-adjustment in the heroin dependent patients was obviously more severe, and the percentage of good marital adjustment（the scores 〉100） was only 18.64%. There was a positive correlation between the marital quality and marital adjustment in the heroin dependent patients （r=0.552, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The marital quality and marital adjustment in married heroin dependent patients are obviously decreased, which suggests that the marital intervention or treatment aiming at heroin dependent patients’ marital status be carried out.
