摘要
以17种观赏价值高、抗逆性强的地被植物为研究材料,在干旱胁迫条件下,通过对植物叶片原生质膜透性、叶保水力、相对水分亏缺、叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量指标的测定和干旱胁迫下生长状况观测来探索园林地被植物抗旱性机理。通过综合评价分析,得出它们的抗旱性强弱;并对园林地被植物抗旱性研究方法进行初步探索,筛选出可用于评价植物抗旱性强弱的生理指标。
17 kinds of ornamental ground cover plants, having ornamental value and strong tolerance, serve as the research materials in this thesis. Physiological change regulation is studied and compared by electric conductivity, the leaf total water content, relative water content, chlorophyll content, proline content and the growth condition, which is under the stress of drought for judging the ability of tolerance to drought through synthetic analysis. The author groped for the method of studying tolerance to drought,and selected the suitable physiology quotas which can evaluate the ability of tolerance to drought.
