摘要
采用钕铁硼废料处理废渣、铁屑等为原料,通过H2SO4浸出、除杂后得净化液。按MnZn铁氧体配方加入硫酸锰和硫酸锌制成料液,以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂进行沉淀,再经干燥、研磨、焙烧后得MnZn铁氧体微粉。通过差热差重分析(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)对产物进行表征。结果表明,所得到的微粉近球形、粒径约为50nm、活性高、纯度高。
Using waste from recycling the NdFeB scrap and iron scale as raw materials, immersing it by H2SO4 and purifying, the purified liquid of Fe^2+ was obtained. ZnSO4 and MnSO4 was added-in it and co-precipitated by NH4HCO3. After drying, grinding and roasting, Mn-Zn ferrite powder was obtained. The characterization of the powder inspected by XRD, TEM, ICP-AES indicated that the particle is near to sphere with particle size of about 50nm and have high activitv and nurity.
