摘要
目的分析并评估三联手术治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法运用消痔灵直肠内外注射、直肠内瘢痕固定、肛门环缩术三联手术治疗完全性直肠脱垂。结果随访1～6年,一次性治愈率达96.4%,患者无严重并发症及后遗症。结论三联手术简单、安全、有效,是值得推广的手术方式。
Objective To analyze and assess the clinical effect of triple surgery for complete proctoptosis. Methods Inside and outside rectum Xiaozhiling was injected ,scar fixed rectum, anus of triple banding surgery for complete proctoptosis. Results A 6-year follow-up proved that one-off curative rate reached up to 96.4%, with no serious comphcations and sequelae. Conclusion The triple procedure is a sort of simple, safe, effective surgery and should be promoted.
