摘要
大学教育在经历了从重视"知识本位"到强调"能力本位"阶段之后,越来越重视大学生健全人格的塑造与培育,即显露出"人格本位"的端倪。我们突出教育的"人格本位",把人格教育放在育人的优先地位或基础地位,既符合"以人为本"之观念,更体现教育的最高级的功能和最理想的目标。人格、健全人格及人格教育之定义虽然是纷杂的,但运用马克思主义的理论观点与方法就可以找到正确的答案。只有充分认识大学生健全人格的构建与培育的重要性与必要性,寻找出培育大学生健全人格的方法与途径,大学及大学教育工作者才能肩负起当代大学生健全人格教育的历史重任。
The universities are paying more attention to the creation and nurturing of perfect personality for college students after university education transferred its emphasis from knowledge-based education to competence-based education, which shows the clue of personality-based education. We stress the importance of personality-based education and put personality education first, which is consistent with humanism and shows the functions and objectives of education. Universities and educators can shoulder the historic responsibility of perfect personality education for contemporary college students through fully understanding the importance and necessity of building and nurturing perfect personality and finding out the ways and means to cultivate it.
