指出城市平面坐标系选择的依据;列述了限制长度投影变形的三种解决方案;通过对各种解决方案的分析讨论,提出了城市平面坐标系统选择应遵循的基本原则;结合娄底城市建设的实际需要和城区地理位置,确定了娄底城区平面坐标系统应选择的最佳方案。
In the paper,the basis that the urban plane coordinate system is selected is pointed out and three kinds of solutions for controlling the length projection deformation are also illustrated.What's more,based on analysis and discussion on these solutions,basic principles that should be adhered to in selection of the urban plane coordinate system are put forward and simultaneously the optimum solution that should be selected for the urban plane coordinate system in Loudi City is determined in the light of actual requirements of urban construction and its geographical position.
