摘要 免疫胶体金技术是继三大标记技术后对免疫标记技术的又一大贡献,近年来发展迅速,应用范围较广。胶体金免疫电镜技术是研究细菌、病毒、肿瘤和自身免疫疾病的主要方法之一。本文综述了胶体金免疫电镜技术的原理、特点、应用及研究进展。 Immune colloidal gold technique has great contribution to immunolabelling technique, which develops quickly and applies comprehensively in recent years. Colloidal gold immunoelectron microscopy technique is one of studies on bacterium, principle, advantages and application virus, tumor and autoimmune diseases. This paper summarized the development of research of the colloidal gold immunoelectron microscopy technique, principle, advantages and application. The prospects of colloidal gold immunoelectron microscopy technique were discussed in this paper.
