摘要
目的 改革传统教学方法，探讨以问题为基础学习（problem-based learning，PBL）教学方法在妇幼卫生信息管理学教学中的应用价值，以提高教学效果和学生的学习效率。方法以华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院妇幼卫生专业2003级专科班、2004级专升本班和2002级本科班为教学对象，在妇幼卫生信息管理学部分教学内容中应用PBL教学方法。结果85％的学生认为，PBL教学方法对培养自学能力有帮助并促进自主学习；90％的学生认为PBL教学方法能够拓宽知识面；85％的学生在PBL教学中能够和同学进行很好的合作；73％的学生希望在以后的学习中继续采用PBL教学方法；82％的学生认为，PBL教学方法有助于培养终生学习的能力；本科学生认为，PBL教学方法有助于拓宽研究思路，提高理解能力，沟通表达能力和论文撰写能力。结论PBL教学方法适用于妇幼卫生信息管理学的教学，但应当注意与课程内容和学生的学习能力相适应。
Objective To explore the apply value of PBL in teaching maternal and child health information management science, and to improve students＇ learning effect and efficiency. Method The academic years 2002 （ fifth-year undergraduate students ） , and the year 2003 and 2004 students （ third-year students） of department of maternal and child health care were the teaching objects, PBL method was applied to teach these students to study textbook of maternal and child health information management science. Result Among all the students, 85% of students thought it can help to train ability of self-learning and improve ability of active study; 90% of students think it can develop the knowledge and reading. Students also think that PBL method can help them to develop ability of cooperation and lifetime learning, which accounted for 85% , 82% respectively. To fifth-year undergraduate students, PBL can improve their perception, communication abilities, writing skills and innovate research idea. Conclusion PBL can be used to this subject. It proved stimulating, motivating and enjoyable, and encouraged independent learning, which can promote medical teaching method reform in China. But teaching content of PBL should be adapted to learning ability of students.
