摘要
针对传统方法加工半圆柱型腔时刀杆与型腔端部发生干涉的问题,进行了加工机构的创新设计:应用相对运动理论,通过刀具旋转和工件往复运动的合成,准确地实现了半圆柱型腔的铣削加工。
To solve the problem of which the interference between the cutter arbor and semi-cylindrical die cavity often occurred when manufactured the die cavity with conventional methods,a new design method was presented. Based on the relatively movement theory and with the composite motion of the cutters revolving and the workpiece reciprocate motion, the semi-cylindrical die cavity can be accurately machining.
