摘要
目的:评价本院2004—2006年抗青光眼用药的应用状况及发展趋势。方法:对本院2004—2006年抗青光眼用药的销售金额进行统计和分析。结果:3年中本院抗青光眼药的金额呈逐年上升趋势;滴眼剂销售额中以β-受体阻断剂和拟胆碱药排名在前两位,口服药以视神经保护剂和高渗剂为主。结论:本院抗青光眼用药的应用状况与抗青光眼用药原则基本相符。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation and developing trend used in our hospital during the period 2004- 2006. METHODS To make a survey of antiglaucoma drugs in respect to the total consumption . RESULTS The trend of total consumption increased in the past three years. Among the eye drops, β - receptor antagonists and cholinomimetic drugs occupied the front two places in sequence of the total consumption. Optic nerve protecting drugs and diuretic drugs were the most commonly - used oral drugs. CONCLUSION The use of antiglaucoma drugs in our hospital match the principle for using antiglaucoma drugs.
