摘要
扶贫攻坚走过了这么多年的风风雨雨,开始是反贫困,现在已经发展到了重点是反返贫的阶段。当前我国还有近3 000万急需帮助的农村贫困人口,而且特别在很多欠发达地区,原已解决温饱的相当一部分农村人口近年来返贫率居高不下,返贫正蚕食着我国的扶贫攻坚成果。实现农村脱贫致富奔小康,是建设我国全面小康社会的重大任务。本文将对我国农村返贫现象的原因进行分析研究,并提出相关对策建议。
The Helping the Poor goes through many years experience, from anti-poverty to fight anainst being poor again now, At present in our countryside 30 million poor people need help, mostly in under delveloped areas, the people formerly had adequate food and clothing now become poor again. To fulfil a well-off society and make people cast off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity is a major task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The article analyzes the reason of people being poor again in countryside and raises the corresponding measures.
