摘要
目的探讨关节结核临床特点及影像表现特征。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实或保守治疗确诊的15例关节结核的临床及影像资料。结果15例关节结核中,髋关节结核4例,膝关节3例,腕关节3例,踝关节2例,骶髂关节2例,耻骨联合1例。影像表现分为滑膜型及骨型。滑膜型多见,15例中有9例滑膜型,6例骨型。结论关节结核影像表现能很好结合临床特点,对提高诊断率有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and imaging findings of the joint tuberculosis. Methods 15 cases of the joint tuberculosis confirmed by retrospectively reviewed. Results Among 15 cases,there were the hip joint tuberculosis in 4 cases,the knee＇s in 3 cases,the wrist＇s in 3 cases,the ankel＇s in 2 cases, the cacroiliac＇s in 2 cases and 1 cases with pubic symphysis tuberculosis. There is the synovial tuberculosis and the bone＇s in imaging findings,the synovial tuberculosis is more than the bone＇s, the synovial tuberculosis in 9 cases, the bone＇s in 6 cases. Conculsion The joint tuberculosis can be based on clinical features, it is important to raise the diagnostic rate.
