Co-Ni纳米合金的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Co-Ni Alloy Nanoparticles

摘要 以NaBH4为还原剂、油酸为分散剂、采用液相还原法制备了Co-Ni纳米合金,利用XRD、SEM和VSM对试样进行了表征。研究结果表明,在N2气保护下,经500℃焙烧,试样由无定形态转化为晶态;颗粒呈球形,平均粒径为35nm;Co-Ni合金的抗氧化能力较强,在常温下不易被氧化;饱和磁化强度为83.7A.m2/kg,矫顽力趋近于零,呈现超顺磁性。 Co-Ni nano-alloy was fabricated using NaBH4 as reducer and oleic acid as dispersion agent by liquid reduction method,and its structures,particle features,oxidation behavior and magnetic properties were investigated by XRD,SEM and VSM.The results revealed that the samples are converted from amorphous alloy into crystal alloy after baking at 500 ℃ with N2 atmosphere,in which the particles exhibit spheroid with 35 nm in average size.The Co-Ni alloy with saturation magnetization of 83.7 e mu·g-1 and coercives forces tending to zero possesses higher oxidation-resistant ance and superaramagnetization at room temperature.
