摘要
影响镁合金半固态流变特性的参数为坯料加热温度、应变速率和保温时间。表观粘度随着剪切速率的增加而降低,当剪切速率大于5×10-3s-1时,表观粘度随剪切速率增加变化缓慢,表观粘度随着加热温度的增高逐渐降低,MB15合金晶粒形状和球化速度导致其表观粘度随固相率的变化曲线不同于AZ91D合金,其变化较为缓慢迟钝;表观粘度随保温时间的增加而减少,趋势近似直线。
Parameters influencing rheology behavior of semi-solid magnesium include temperature,strain rate and holding time.Apparent viscosity of the semi-solid magnesium alloy is declined with the increase of shearing rate and heating temperature,however,with the shearing rate more than 5×10-3 s-1,its increase becomes slow gradually.The curves of apparent viscosity to solid fraction of MB15 alloy are different from that of AZ91D due to its grain shape and spheroidization rate,exhibiting slow change.In addition,the apparent viscosity is decreased to keep constant state with increasing in holding time.
