摘要
乙二酸二乙酯加氢制乙二醇在热力学上是一个强放热不可逆反应 ,经实验得到反应适宜的工艺条件为反应温度 2 2 0~ 2 4 0℃ ,压力 3.0 MPa,氢酯摩尔比 70∶ 1。反应转化率和选择性分别为 87.5% ( mol)和 80 .0 %( mol)。另外 。
Hydrogenation reaction of diethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol was strong exothermal and irreversible reaction in thermodynamic. The optimum conditions of hydrogenation reaction are as follow: the temperature of reaction 220~240 ℃, the pressure of reaction 3.0 MPa,ratio of raw materials hydrogen∶diethyl oxalate=70∶1 (molar ratio). The conversion of reaction is 87.5%(mol), the selectivity of reaction is 80.0%(mol). Cubased catalyst has an induction period.
