摘要
目的通过对168例医疗纠纷发生的原因进行分析,探讨其发生规律,为制定科学的防范措施,创造和谐的医患关系提供依据。方法用自制表格归纳整理数据,根据纠纷发生的原因,计算各项的发生率。结果3年间医疗纠纷发生的原因依次是:疗效不满意、医患沟通不够、并发症、服务缺陷、医疗过失、其他原因。结论医疗纠纷的发生尽管存在医方原因、患方原因、社会原因,但是医方原因占主导地位。因此,提倡医疗行业自律,依法执业,采取科学的防范措施,努力消除医方原因,可在一定程度上减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To find out the occurrence patterns of medical disputes through surveys and analyses so as to provide basis for the scientific prevention of such occurrences and the foundation of harmonious relationship between doctor and patients. Methods A statistical analysis was made of the causes of 168 medical disutes,the date were processed using self-made tables, and the occurrence rates of disputes were calculated according to their causes. Results The cause leading to the most disputes involved medical quality ,followed successively by not enough communication, bad service, complication and others, Conclusion There are different factors on the part of the doctor, the patients and the society can make medical dispute occur, the medical factors were the chief ones. Medical disputes can be decrese to some extent if the professional ethics and the quality of medical care were improved, and appropriate preventive measures were taken.
