摘要
通过调查分析高校现代教育技术中心队伍的结构状况及存在问题,探讨了高素质实验技术队伍在实验室可持续发展中的重要作用,提出了加强和改善技术中心队伍建设的若干对策。
This paper probes into that high quality laboratory technicians play an important role in the sustainable development of laboratory and puts forward a certain number of strategies for strengthening and improving the construction of technical ranks, through investigating and analyzing the constructional conditions and the existing problems of the Modem Education and Technology Centre technical ranks in universities.
