摘要
通过对76名在校高年级女大学生有系统地进行一年的太极拳教学锻炼,在锻炼前后进行生理、心理功能指标的测试。结果表明:长期进行太极拳活动有益于女大学生增强体质、健美体形和促进心理健康。建议加强对太极拳健身活动的宣传和组织,女大学生最好长期坚持集体太极拳锻炼。
Taijiquan training was carded through systemically in 76 students for one year. Tests on the indexes of physiological and psychological functions were made before and after the training. The results show that the Taijiquan is a kind of soft body-building. Long-term Taijiquan exercise was good for body shape and beneficial to promote mental health of female college students. It suggests that we should actively promote the Taijiquan exercise, and exercisers should keep long-term practice in group.
