摘要
圆板变极距式电容式传感器的应用比较多,其形式和制作工艺也有差别,本文结合我厂生产的变极距大容量称重传感器,分析极板不平行对传感器空荷输出、最小静负荷、非线性、灵敏度、重复性的影响.
The applications of ring-plate changing instance type capacitance sensors are extensive . There are some difference in their form and manufacture technique.Combining with the hanging distance of plate type large capacity load cells produced by our company, I shall analyze the non-paralled plate of sensor how to influence its no-load output, minimum dead load, non-linearity, sensitivity, repeatability .
