摘要
目的探讨激光焊接齿科钛金属的最佳工艺参数。方法在不同参数条件下焊接齿科纯钛,测试其接头力学性能并进行接头微观组织结构分析。结果保持光斑直径为0.7 mm、脉冲持续时间3.2 ms,激光功率为1.6 kW时,获得接头的性能较佳。微观断口扫描电镜观察和熔合区金相分析得出:接头组织致密,晶粒细小,未发现有夹杂和微裂纹等缺陷。结论激光焊接直经为2.0 mm钛棒时,选择合适的焊接参数可以获得良好的接头焊接性能。
Objective To find the optical parameters in laser welding of titanium material. Methods Different laser irradiation powers and laser spot diameters were used to weld the titanium. The mechanical properties, meallographic evaluation and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis were used to evaluate the joint samples. Results The welding joint mechanical properties were better as welding parameters remained for spot diameter 0.7 mm and laser power 1.6kw. Microstructure analyses indicate that joint structure is dense, and inclusion and microcrack can not be found in the welded joint. Conclusion Laser welding of titanium bar(diameter: 2mm) could get a good result through choosing appropriate parameters.
