整合素与胶质瘤新血管生成及侵袭性生长的关系 被引量:1

摘要 整合素是指细胞与细胞或细胞与细胞外基质相关联的细胞膜表面的一族细胞粘附分子。主要介导细胞与细胞及细胞与细胞外基质之间的相互粘附和双向信号传导,对细胞的生长、增殖、分化、凋亡等过程起到重要的调控作用。研究发现。整合素介导的粘附行为和信号传导.在肿瘤的发生、发展、新血管生成、侵袭性生长等阶段亦发挥重要的作用。胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最为常见的恶性肿瘤。
