新疆维吾尔自治区正常汉族儿童与维族儿童血清甘露聚糖凝集素含量水平测定及意义

Detection and Its Significance of Children's Serum Mannose-binding Lectin levels in Han and Uyger Nationalities in Xinjiang

摘要 目的建立正常新生儿及6月~10岁儿童血清甘露聚糖凝集素(MBL)水平正常值参考范围。方法用ELLSA方法检测262例新生儿脐血MBL水平及6月~10岁健康儿童血清MBL水平,比较不同地区、不同族别、不同性别新生儿、正常儿童血清MBL水平。结果新生儿脐血MBL值为(1.71±1.60)mg/L,6月~10岁正常儿童外周血MBL值为(3.09±1.58)mg/L,两者间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),汉族及维族新生儿脐血MBL值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);汉族与维族6月~10岁正常儿童血清MBL值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不同性别正常儿童血清MBL值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论确立不同年龄段儿童血清MBL值对临床治疗将有很重要意义。 Objective To identify the scopes of serum protein level of mannose-bieding lectin (MBL) of normal children. Methods The serum MBL levels of 262 neonates and 92 children aged six months to ten years were detected with ELISA and the differences among serum MBL levels cause by races and sexual distinctions were compared. Results The serum MBL level of neonates was (1.71 ± 1.60) μg/ml, which was significantly different to that of children aged 6 months to 10 years (3.09± 1.58) μg/ml). However, the serum MBL levels of both neonates and children aged 6 months to 10 years showed no significant differences between Han and Uyger nationalities, also the differences were not significant between sexes. Conclusion It is important for clinical sreatment to determine the nomal range of serum MBL level in children of different ages.
