摘要
介绍了在大型半消光聚酯生产线上开发全消光切片的过程,通过对二氧化钛配制系统、熔体过滤器、切粒系统、工艺塔的生产工艺及设备的调整,使半消光切片生产线满足全消光生产的要求,并持续稳定地生产出合格的全消光切片。
The paper introduced how to develop full-dull chip in the large-scale PET production line. The production process and equipments of titanium oxide preparing system, melt filter, granulating were adjusted enabling semi-dull chip production line to produce full-dull chip and turned out qualified full-dull chip continuously and steadily.
