摘要
以活性红K-2BP配制液体染料,通过测试液体染料的稳定性及耐水解性能,综合考察了缓冲溶液的种类及用量对高浓度液体染料各方面性能的影响。结果表明,缓冲溶液对液体染料有一定的缓冲作用,尤其是有机类的Tris+EDTA-2Na缓冲组,在一定程度上能够很好地控制染料的水解,使染料具有一定的稳定性。
Liquid Reactive Red K-2BP was prepared, and effect of variety and dosage of buffer solution on concentrated liquid dye was investigated through measuring the stability and hydrolysis of liquid dye. The results show that buffer solution has a certain buffering action to liquid dye, organic buffers especially Tris plus EDTA-2Na can prevent liquid dye from hydrolyzing and maintaining stable.
