摘要 提出了一种基于数值模拟的板料弯曲回弹控制方法。以弧形件弯曲件为研究对象,在ABAQUS软件中进行弯曲成形过程和回弹过程模拟,得出预测回弹值,并结合回弹补偿原理进行模具型面的修正。实例结果表明,该方法可以有效地实现板料弯曲回弹控制,具有工程和科研实用价值。 A method for springback control based on numerical simulation in the process of sheet metal bending has been presented in the text.Simulation on the process of bending and springback of a sheet metal arc workpiece has been made by using ABAQUS software and springback prediction value has been gained,with the help of combining the springback compensation principle,the die-surface has been modified.The practice result shows that the method can control the springbaek effectively in the process of sheet metal bending,which is worthy for project and scientific research.
