摘要
文章从现阶段成人高等教育发展的现状出发,客观地分析了其发展中所存在的问题,并探讨了成人高等教育在办学思想观念、专业设置、教师队伍、教学手段等方面应采取的创新举措。
This article embarks from the present situation of adult higher education, objectively analyses the problems existing in the process of its development. And also discuss some innovation actions of adult higher education that in many aspects, such as ideas of founding school, major establishment, contingent of teachers, teaching method and so on.
