摘要
先进性建设是企业党建工作的根本。要增强党的先进性必须仅仅围绕发展经济这个中心任务来进行;必须实现好,维护好,发展好广大职工群众的根本利益;必须不断增强企业党组织的执政能力建设;必须在继承和创新中构建保持党的先进性的长效机制。
Construction of the Party＇ s vanguard character is the root of the Party-building of enterprises. To enhance its vanguard character it is essential to develop economy, to achieve, maintain, and develop the interests of vast majority, to increase the Party＇s ability to govern enterprises, and to maintain, through inheritance and innovation, the long-term mechanism of the Party＇s vanguard character.
