摘要
服装厂批量加工服装规格偏差一直是影响服装产品质量的大问题,而随着客户对服装产品各细部规格尺寸稳定性要求的越来越高,尺寸变化率也成为检验服装产品质量的一个重要技术指标。从成衣加工的实践考虑,加强对各环节进行规格质量控制,包括加工前期、流水作业、后期整理,就能把批量加工服装的规格偏差控制在规定范围之内。
The specifications＇ deviation of mass productions clothing is a big quality problem in a clothing factory, but clients require the specifications accuratcy more and more. From producing practice controlling the specifications during preparation stage, production line and finished stage, it could control the specifications＇ deviation of mass productions clothing in a set area.
