摘要
以欠发达地区湖南省怀化市为例,探讨了农村剩余劳动力转移状况及特点,分析了农村剩余劳动力转移的内外推力,针对当前劳动力转移存在的主要问题提出了相关建议。
Taking Huaihua city in Hunan province of underdeveloped regions as an example, the status and characters of rural surplus labor transfer were discussed, and the interior and exterior thrust for rural surplus labor transfer were analyzed. The relative suggestions were put forward according to the primary problems in rural surplus labor transfer at present.
