摘要
针对传统的加法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法抗噪声能力弱、信噪比低的缺点,提出了一种减法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法。实验上对强度型加、减法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法和振幅型加、减法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法做了比较分析,最后发现振幅型减法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法抗噪声能力最强,信噪比最高,测量精度极其精确。因此一般选择用振幅型减法模式的计算机辅助散斑干涉法来进行物体的变形测量。
Contra pose the custom addition computer- aided speckle interferometty, which has a poor signal - noise - radio and bad anti - noise capacity, we propose a subtraction computer- aided speckle interferometry. By analyzing the density addition, subtracting computer- aided speckle interferometty and amplitude addition, subtracting computer- aided speckle interferometry, then find that the amplitude subtracting computer- aided speckle interferometry has the best anti- noise eapacity, highest signal- noise- radio and highest measured accuracy. So the amplitude subtracting computer- aided speckle interferometry is the best method to measure the deformation of specimen.
