摘要
新课程理念倡导新的教师观、学生观、教学观.教师是新课程理念的直接体现者,是学生发展的引导者.教师的素质如何将直接影响着新课程目标的实现度.本文以中学化学新课程为背景,对教师实施新课程的诸项新技能进行研究.
From the point of view of new courses,new views of the teachers, students and teaching hself are advocated. Teachers are the direct embodiment of the concepts of new courses and the guide of the development of students. So the makings of teachers will affect the achieving of goals set by new courses directly. This article shows the investigations of several new necessary teachers＇ skills for the new courses in the background of new chemistry courses of middle school.
