摘要
介绍了一种自控程度好、控制精度高的空调换热器综合实验台的研制过程,其中包括实验台各组成部分的功能以及各参数的设计范围;对不同涨头尺寸的冷凝器的性能进行了实验研究,并根据实验结果分析了迎面风速对换热量的影响、迎面风速对空气侧阻力的影响、冷凝温度对换热量的影响以及接触热阻对换热量的影响。得到的结论可用于指导生产实践以达到有效提高换热器换热性能的目的。
Developing process of an accurate and reliable experiment rig for air-conditioning heat-exchanger was introduced, which includes the function of the experiment rig parts and designing range of the parameter. The performance of different condenser through a number of experiments was studied. The influence of face velocity, condensing temperature and contact thermo-resistance on the quantity of heat-exchanger and the influence of air resistance on face velocity were analyzed. The experimental result can be used for practical production and improve the performance of heat-exchanger effectively.
