摘要
运用矩阵化方法实施人力资源配置的定量分析.通过矩阵的摹乘法生成人才对岗位的适度矩阵,通过对初试成绩、个人志愿及专家评价的加权综合产生配置价值矩阵,设置了周全而灵活的权重体系,并给出了实际应用中的权重确定原则.建立起人力配置的最优化数学模型,构造出以换位调整为特征的矩阵作业算法,操作简便、有广泛的适用性.
In this paper, the quantitative analysis of human resource allocation is carried out by using the matrixing method. A moderate person-to-post matrix is generated by the descriptive multiplication of matrices. Besides, a comprehensive and flexible weighting system is set up, and a principle of determining weighting in practical application is established. Meanwhile, the optimization mathematical model of human resource allocation and a matrix job algorithm characterized by conversion-adjusting are constructed.
