血吸虫诱尾蚴剂印迹聚合物的合成及应用

摘要 采用分子印迹技术,直接合成出粒径在80μm左右的血吸虫诱尾蚴剂分子印迹聚合物.研究了这种印迹聚合物与聚乙烯醇(PVA)掺杂后所制膜的溶胀性及释放诱尾蚴剂(XF)的特性.实验结果表明这种膜的溶胀性在实验温度范围内随温度升高而升高,在30℃时,吸水率达到85%;膜在水中溶胀并漂浮在水的表面,缓慢释放出XF,其效率质量比在8%左右. A diameter 80 μm schistosoma entice cercariae molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was synthesized by molecularly imprinted technology. The film was prepared by adopting MIPs with Polyviny1 Alcoho1(PVA), and researched the swelling property and the character of release entice cercariae(XF) in the water. The result showed that the swelling property of the film was higher with temperature higher in test temperature, the water absorbability was 85% at 30 ℃, and it was swelling on the surface of water and releasing XF slowly, the release efficiency was about 8%.
