胃间质瘤19例临床诊治分析

摘要 目的探讨胃间质瘤的诊治方法。方法回顾分析19例胃间质瘤的临床表现、诊断、病理特征及治疗情况。结果临床表现无特异性,主要为上腹部不适、消化道出血和腹部包块;经胃镜、胃肠钡餐、CT及B超等检查发现;19例均经手术切除;病理组织学显示良性7例,交界性3例,恶性9例;免疫组化CD117阳性18例、CD34阳性15例;恶性胃间质瘤术后易复发转移,疗效欠佳。结论提高对胃间质瘤的认识,术前联合检查可提高阳性诊断率,主要依靠术后病理及免疫组化检查确诊,采取包括手术治疗在内的综合治疗。
