摘要
在机械设备故障诊断中,一般多将润滑油的监测作为诊断故障的主体,当润滑油监测资料不全时,合理分析油泥样的成分,对故障诊断、故障原因排查能起到重要的辅助作用。2006年12月中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司催化裂化2号主风机轴出现振动异常,润滑油常规五项监测结果正常,后经垢样分析,查出了主风机异常是由于油箱下部积水从而造成润滑油系统腐蚀引起的。同样,2006年6月,某厂一台混凝土搅拌机的润滑油系统出现堵塞,经垢样分析,确认为水泥粉尘进入润滑油箱所致。
In mechanical operation, monitoring of lube oil system is generally used for the trouble diagnosis. When detail information of lube oil system monitoring is not available, oil silt sample can be analyzed to locate the root causes of the trouble. In December, 2006, the No. 2 air blower in FCC unit of SINOPEC Wuhan Company experienced abnormal vibration. The conventional analysis of lube oil system found no faults. But the analysis of oil silt concluded that the abnormal vibration was caused by the corrosion of lube oil system resulted from water accumulation at the bottom of lube oil tank. In June, 2006, the lube oil system of a cement agitator was blocked. The oil silt sample analysis determined thatthe blocking was the result of entranee of cement powder into the lube oil tank.
