摘要
对熔丝结构和反熔丝结构的优缺点进行了对比,重点介绍了ONO(氧化物-氮化物-氧化物)结构反熔丝的结构和工作原理,对关键的技术参数之间的关系进行了论述,并通过其工艺中的技术难点进行了分析和研究。给出了实际应用的版图,并对流片得出的数据进行了总结分析,从数据上得出了各种结构的优缺点。同时对反熔丝结构的下一步发展做出了预测。
This article compare and contrast the antifuse structure and fuse structure, especially introduce the ONO antifuse structure and work principle, analyze the relation of the key parameters and the difficulty of ONO antifuse structure technology. Present the layout of ONO antifuse structure and analyze the datas from process then forecast the trend of the antifuse strucyure.
