摘要
盆栽及田间试验结果表明,施酵素菌生物肥处理比等养分单质NPK化肥处理番茄增产16.5%~19.6%,黄瓜增产12.8%,均达到极显著水准,萝卜增产16.6%,达到显著水准,比等量有机质、NPK养分的有机无机混合肥处理三种蔬菜的增产效果均达到显著水准。酵素菌生物肥促进了番茄各生育期对NPK养分的吸收,可提高果实中养分含量。酵素菌生物肥有改善蔬菜品质之功效,比单质NPK化肥处理的番茄、黄瓜、萝卜中维生素c含量分别增加2.03mg,/100g、0.82mg,/100g和1.57mg/100g。可溶性总糖分别提高了1.97%,0.84%和1.58%。并且可降低果实中硝酸盐含量,但其功效与有机无机混合肥处理相当。
Tests results through field experiment and pot culture indicate ferment fungus fertilizer, compared with equivalent NPK element fertilizer, has caused tomato and cucumber remarkable yield-increasing level from 16.5% to 19.6% and 12.8% respectively, caused radish extremely remarkable yield-increasing level up to 16.6% ;vegetables yield-increasing performances after ferment fungus fertilizer treatments have reached remarkable level compared to equivalent organic inorganic compound fertilizer. It also proves that ferment fungus fertilizer helps to improve vegetable qualities, compared to equivalent NPK element fertilizer treatment, vitamin C content increment in tomato, cucumber and radish reaches 2.03 mg/100g, 0.82 mg/100g and 1.57 mg/100g,and that figure of soluble sugar reaches 1.97% ,0.84% and 1.58% , respectively, after ferment fungus fertilizer treatment. Besides ferment fungus fertilizer can also reduce nitrate content in vegetables which functions nearly effectively as organic inorganic compound fertilizer.
