摘要
目的探讨内镜下甲状腺切除技术的临床疗效。方法对15例甲状腺腺瘤采用内镜下甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺腺叶切除及甲状腺腺叶次全切除。结果均完成手术,无中转开放手术,手术时间90～200分钟,平均119分钟,出血量极少。无喉返神经及喉上神经损伤表现。住院4～6天,平均5天。结论由于内窥镜的放大作用,术野结构清晰,可避免喉返神经及甲状旁腺的损伤。且手术创口小而隐蔽,具有美容效果。
Objective To evaluate the minimally invasive and cosmetic technique characteristics of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods Endoscopic thyroidectomy was performed in 15 cases of thyroid adenoma . The patients underwent excision of thyroid adenoma, subtotal thyroidectomy and total thyroidectomy. Results The operation was accomplished under endoscope in all cases.The operation time was 90-200 min （mean,119 min）,and the intraoperative blood loss was little. No injury of the recurrent laryngeal nerve occurred.The length of postoperative hospital stay was 4-6 days（mean,5 days）.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy is a minimally invasive procedure. As compared with conventional operation, it gives better cosmetic outcomes and avoids recurrent laryngeal nerve injury or the parathyroid glands injury.
