摘要
组织学习是我国商业银行的一项重要的管理活动,基于学习行为的组织学习实施绩效系统的确立是我国商业银行加强学习型组织建设、提高组织学习效率、增强核心能力的一项基础性措施.因子验证可以为系统模型的有效性提供实证检验,并揭示组织学习过程中存在的若干现实性问题。
Organizational learning is a kind of important management in our national commercial banks.Establishing a performance system of organizational learning on the basis of learning behavior is the key measurement for commericial banks to reinforce the learning organization, improve the efficiency of organizational learning and strenghthen the core competence. As is discussed in the article, factorial experiments can provide empiral tests for the validity of the system and present problems in the process of organizational learning.
