摘要
为了使沉陷治理费用更好地与实际需求相符合,分析了矿区经济、文化等条件对沉陷治理的影响因素,确定了影响因素的指标体系以及各种指标治理费用的影响因子。结果表明,采煤沉陷区的人文经济和地理位置两个一级指标与经济发达程度、人文条件、地理条件、地表利用状况、交通条件等5个二级指标和知识水平等21个三级指标对沉陷区治理费用计算起重要作用;根据影响大小,确定了影响因子,并计算出影响系数,以此修正根据实际沉陷损害计算的治理费用。
In order to make the management expenditure coincide with the actual demand, in this paper, the mining area economic and cultural conditions and so on, which affect the subsidence management factors are analyzed, the index system of affecting factors and the index management expenditure affecting factors are determined. The results of the analyses show that the two indexes （grade one） （human economy and geographical position factors）, the five indexes （grade two） （economic development level, people＇s conditions, geographical conditions, the utilization of land surface and traffic conditions and so on） and the twenty-one indexes （grade three） （the people＇s knowledge level and so on） play an important role in the calculation of coal mining subsidence area management expenditure. According to the affecting degree, the affecting factors are determined, affecting coefficients are calculated by which to correct the management expenditure calculated by actual subsidence hazard.
