制革废水剩余污泥中Cr^(3+)生物富集作用试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 用麦麸和剩余污泥调配后,作为营养基质饲养驯化黄粉虫,对黄粉虫富集剩余污泥中Cr3+的最佳条件进行试验研究。结果表明:黄粉虫的富集作用显著受到温度、饲养密度和碳氮质量比交互作用的影响(p<0.05),在温度为30℃、饲养密度为0.4g/cm2、碳氮质量比为2.5的条件下富集效率最高,此时,饲养后黄粉虫体内Cr3+的质量浓度为0.87mg/kg,是原有Cr3+含量的7.25倍;饲养后剩余污泥中Cr3+的质量浓度为0.17mg/kg,约为新鲜污泥中Cr3+含量的1/5。 Adjusting wheat bran and residual sludge as nutrition medium to breed and domesticate tenebrio molitor L, the optimal condition for tenebrio molitor L collecting Cr^3+ in residual sludge was studied through the test. The results showed that: the bioaccumulation of tenebrio molitor L was affected by temperature, feeding density and carbon-nitrogen mass ratio very apparently (p 〈 0.05). The bioaccumulation efficiency was the highest when the temperature was 30 ℃, the feeding density was 0.4 g/cm^2, the carbon-nitrogen mass ratio was 2.5, and under this condition, in the body of tenebrio molitor L after the breeding, the Cr^3+ mass concentration was 0.87 mg/kg, which was 7.25 times that of the original Cr^3+ content; the Cr^3+ mass concentration in the residual sludge after the breeding was 0.17 mg/kg, which was about fivefold reduction of the mass concentration in fresh sludge.
