摘要
利用SWOT分析法的科学原理指导农村社区卫生服务理论与实践,正确、客观地认识农村本身的内部优势及劣势和外部环境的机会及威胁,确定切合农村卫生服务实际的发展战略。用SWOT分析矩阵的形式进行系统分析,寻求最佳的发展战略和策略,以充分利用发展机遇。
SWOT analytic method is an effective and simple planning technique which addresses one aspect of many strategic planning processes. This article describes its principles and practice on rural community health service, including correct and objective understanding of interior strong points and weak points as well as opportunities and threats of exterior environment. The SWOT Matrix is also applied to assisting managers in resolving problems and turning adversity into opportunity and develop appropriate strategies to take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available. It is expected that the management theory will be somehow helpful to rural community health service of our country.
