摘要
传感器已经成为现代工业发展和人类文明进步的重要标志,在叙述振动传感器特点的基础上,介绍了传感器校准方法及其校准结果的误差分析。
The sensors have already been an important token of the development of moder industry and the progress of human civilization. Based on the description of the characteristics of vibration sensors, this thesis intoduces the adjustment methods and the error margin analysis of the result.
