IGBT中频电源在NdFeB合金冶炼中的应用

摘要 针对中频感应加热电源对NdFeB合金加热问题。介绍了控制电路原理,采用PWM控制技术对IGBT的导通宽度及频率的控制实现对输出功率的无级调节。为使系统的功率因数较高,采用电压源型负载串联谐振中频逆变器和频率跟踪技术。利用中频趋肤效应、邻近效应和圆环效应原理,通过感应加热器使电能有效的转化为热能,从而达到合金的熔化目的。 Based on the question of NdFeB alloy smelting with intermediate frequency heating power supply, this paper introduces the working principle of control circuit, and PWM control technique which controls IGBT conduct width & frequency is adopted to carry out the no offset regulating of output power. In order to improve the power parameter further, the intermediate frequency inversion of an electric voltage power type series resonance and frequency trace technique are adopted. Electrical energy is converted into heat energy with induction heating power by intermediating frequency superficial, vicinity and circle effect theories. Finally the alloy is smelted.
