摘要
目的研究安痛藤活性部位的化学成分,为阐明其活性成分提供依据。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为岩白菜素(Ⅰ),3,3',4'-三甲氧基鞣花酸(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),没食子酸(Ⅳ),3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ为首次从该植物中得到,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Cissus assamica (Laws.) and to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of its effective components. Methods Compounds were isolated by various column chromatographies with silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR) and chemical evidence. Results Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as bergenin(Ⅰ) , 3, 3',4' tri-O-methyl ellagic acid (Ⅱ) , β - Sitosterol (Ⅲ) , Gallic acid (Ⅳ) ,3,3"-di-O-methyl ellagic acid(Ⅴ). Conclusion Among these compounds, Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time, Ⅱ and Ⅴ were obtaind from Cissus L. for the first time.
