摘要
无创正压通气(NIPPV)已经成为急性呼吸衰竭(特别是COPD呼吸衰竭)患者中的一线治疗方法。NIPPV早期、合理、规范应用,可使绝大多数COPD呼吸衰竭患者避免或减少有创通气,减少了急性呼吸衰竭的发作和住院次数,提高了患者生活的质和量。
Non-invasion positve pressure ventilation （NIPPV）has been a front line treatment of acute respiratory failure, especially in COPD patients. Earlier, reasonable and standard NIPPV may avoid or reduce the use of invasion venlation in COPD patients with respiratory failure, reduce the episode of acute respiratory failure and the fi＇equency of hospitalization, which then improve the life quality of COPD patients.
